A growing veterinary network in the Tennessee region is seeking aTravel Operations Partnerto help support and guide multiple hospitals in the local market. This unique position offers the perfect blend of clinical medicine and leadershipideal for a skilled veterinarian who enjoys mentorship collaboration and shaping the future of practice operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality medical care while maintaining an active clinical caseload
Mentor and support veterinarians including new graduates through direct coaching and case collaboration
Partner with hospital teams to strengthen workflow efficiency client experience and team communication
Collaborate with leadership to uphold medical standards and consistent hospital performance
Contribute to recruitment onboarding and retention of talented veterinary professionals
Monitor key performance indicators assist with scheduling and ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
Active veterinary license (or eligibility for licensure) in relevant states
Minimum 35 years of clinical experience
Demonstrated leadership communication and mentoring abilities
Willingness to travel regionally to support assigned hospitals
