The Software Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a three-year development program designed to provide a range of development opportunities focused on software engineering to help recent university graduates build critical skills as they gain a well-rounded experience within our organization. These structured experiences will expose participants to several elements of our development process and provide real opportunities to collaborate with other employees and management receive mentoring gain cross-functional experience and receive formal training. Rotational assignments include Bluetooth connected products commercially sellable software our in-house CRM platform Business Intelligence distributor and supplier portal JD Edwards/ERP development and Intelligent Automation/AI development.
Contribute to the design development testing and deployment of software across multiple domains.
Apply Agile methodology principles and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Participate in requirements gathering and design reviews to translate business needs and customer requirements into technical solutions.
Perform hands-on development using modern frameworks tools and languages (e.g. C# .NET Java/Kotlin Swift SQL Azure services Git).
Maintain source code repositories technical documentation and ensure proper version control and deployment practices.
Apply knowledge of secure coding data integrity and system performance considerations throughout the software lifecycle.
Collaborate with mentors and rotation managers to set goals track progress and reflect on learnings at the conclusion of each rotation.
Engage in elective lab projects to broaden experience in areas like DevOps UI/UX AI/ML and cross-functional consulting

Masters degree in software engineering or MBA
