Software Engineering Development Program (SEDP)

• Contribute to the design development testing and deployment of software across multiple domains.

• Apply Agile methodology principles and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

• Participate in requirements gathering and design reviews to translate business needs and customer requirements into technical solutions.

• Perform hands-on development using modern frameworks tools and languages (e.g. C# .NET Java/Kotlin Swift SQL Azure services Git).

• Maintain source code repositories technical documentation and ensure proper version control and deployment practices.

• Apply knowledge of secure coding data integrity and system performance considerations throughout the software lifecycle.

• Collaborate with mentors and rotation managers to set goals track progress and reflect on learnings at the conclusion of each rotation.

• Engage in elective lab projects to broaden experience in areas like DevOps UI/UX AI/ML and cross-functional consulting

• Bachelors degree in software engineering or related field
• Solid academic standing

• Masters degree in software engineering or MBA

• Highly motivated and takes initiative.

• Engineering Co-op or Intern experience
