We are seeking an enthusiastic highly effective and committed French Teacher to join the successful Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) faculty at a well-regarded secondary academy in the Hillingdon area of West London.
This is a full-time permanent position starting in January 2026.

We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a degree in French or a related subject.
- A proven track record as an excellent French Teacher with experience teaching the subject to at least Key Stage 4 (GCSE).
- Native or near-native fluency in French.
- A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
- The drive to contribute positively to the academic life of the school.
Salary and Benefits
- Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
- The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately 37870 as of September 2025).
- A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of 2000 per annum.
