The Role
The successful candidate will:
Teach English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
Inspire and challenge students through high-quality teaching and feedback.
Requirements
QTS and relevant English degree.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for English.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Commitment to raising standards and supporting all learners.
