Job Summary

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Patient Sitter with an active HHA or CNA certification to join our healthcare this role you will provide one-on-one support ensure patient safety and assist with basic care needs while maintaining a calm and comforting presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide continuous observation and support for assigned patients
Assist with basic ADLs (bathing eating mobility) as needed
Alert nursing staff of any changes in patient behavior or safety concerns
Maintain a safe clean and supportive environment
Follow all facility policies safety guidelines and care procedures

Qualifications:

Active HHA or CNA certification (required)
Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
Ability to remain attentive patient and calm for extended periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
