Role Overview

Chaiwala is expanding rapidly and is seeking experienced energetic and passionate Area Managers to join our Operations Team.
The role involves overseeing multiple outlets ensuring smooth day-to-day operations managing store teams maintaining brand and quality standards and driving operational excellence across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support daily operations across multiple outlets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain consistent service quality.
Manage store staff-including scheduling performance and disciplinary actions.
Maintain store infrastructure cleanliness and equipment functionality.
Monitor and control Cost of Goods (COGs) budgets and KPI compliance.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
Lead new store launches including staff hiring training and onboarding.
Act as the communication bridge between store teams and central operations.
Oversee food quality hygiene and safety standards across all outlets.
Prepare and submit sales audit and performance reports to senior management.

What Were Looking For

2 5 years of experience in QSR F&B or Retail operations.
Strong leadership staff management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to contribute ideas to improve operations and drive sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel across assigned stores (travel support may be provided).
Self-driven organized and committed to operational excellence.
