improvement areas
process data (e.g. man-hours cycle time effort elapsed) using tools like
Excel/Power BI.
Automation Opportunity Identification:
processes for automation potential and document challenges and
blockers.
analytical techniques (e.g. Pareto analysis standard deviation) to support
findings.
with the Hyperautomation team to build ROI-driven business use
cases.
Business Case Development:
gather data from multiple sources and stakeholders
prompts available tools and stakeholder inputs to efficiently draft
business use cases applying practical judgment to structure content thoughtfully
validate information and ensure clarity and completeness - not just compile but
critically assess and refine for impact
findings in clear concise formats using PowerPoint and Excel.
