About Us:
Poetry by Love & Cheesecake is a premium café and dessert brand known for its gourmet treats warm ambience and exceptional service. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Stewards to join our service team across various outlets in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and customer satisfaction
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Assist in setting up the café before opening and closing duties after service hours
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols as per company standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Profile:

• Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience are welcome
• Good communication skills and a pleasant personality
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service
• Punctual reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Basic understanding of food and beverages is an advantage
