Job Summary
Introduction
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee large-scale residential development project
This is a strategic role suited to a professional with deep experience in housing developments strong Residential awareness and proven ability to manage multiple live sites to a high standard
Duties & Responsibilities
As Contracts Manager you will take responsibilityfor the delivery of residential projects-from planning and mobilisationthrough to handover
You will lead site teams manage subcontractors ensure all work meets regulatory and quality standards and hold project timeless and budgets
This role requires excellent leadership technical knowledgeof residential construction and the ability to drive projects forward efficiently and safely
* Oversee multiple residential developments simultaniously
* Lead and manage Site Managers Engineers and subcontractors
* Ensure full compliance with health & Safand building regulations
* Review and monitor project programmes budgets and schedules
* Liaise with clients design teams and local authorities
* Ensurehigh-quality standards across all phases of construction
* Conduct regular site inspectionsand progressreviews
* Manage all contract documentation variations and commercial elements
* Identify and resolve any issues affecting programme or budget
* Deliver projects on time within cost and the required quality
Desired Experience & Qualification
* Minimum of 8 years experience in construction with strong residential background
*Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager
* Excellent understanding of residential site operations from groundwork to hando
* Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to coordinate multiple developments at once
* Driving licence and Valid passport with no criminal record
