Niche Field: Climate change law Climate change mitigation Climate change adaptation International/National human rights law Sustainable development law Environmental Social and Governance Energy sector reform as specific climate change mitigation and/or adaptation measures

Desired Experience & Qualification
LLD/PHD in Environmental law. Minimum of 2 peer-reviewed and accredited published academic journal articles or book chapters
Commencement date: 30 July 2026
NRF Fellowship Amount: R249 600 per annum (non-taxable)
Duration: 1 year (renewable on satisfactory progress)
