Job Summary

Our client is seeking 4 experienced Packhouse Supervisors to join the Coega Port Elizabeth team in January 2026

Oversee and coordinate daily production operations within assigned plant sections

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and production quality standards

Execute production planning in line with operational requirements

Supervise and manage production staff including shift planning and staffing levels

Maintain discipline and support sound labour relations practice

Monitor and enforce housekeeping and sanitation standards across production lines

Facilitate on-the-job training and upskilling of production staff

Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Quality Maintenance Logistics) to ensure seamless production flow

Requirements

Grade 12

A relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)

Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the citrus / packhouse industry

Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)

Valid drivers license and own reliable transport

Willingness to work shifts and extended hours as required

Residing in or near the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area

Required Skills:
