Job Summary

apsons customer is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee a major portfolio of church properties and commercial landscapes across the Salt Lake City region. This role is ideal for a seasoned landscape professional with strong account management experience proven enhancements expertise and the ability to manage large multi-site portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a large portfolio of church and commercial landscape accounts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property representatives and facilities teams.

  • Conduct regular site walks inspections and quality assessments to ensure service excellence.

  • Prepare price and present enhancement proposals (seasonal color irrigation upgrades planting redesigns etc.).

  • Drive enhancement revenue and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Work closely with field operations to ensure timely high-quality service delivery.

  • Oversee budgeting job costing contract renewals and overall portfolio profitability.

  • Track work orders proposals and schedules using Aspire (or similar software).



Requirements

  • 5 years of commercial landscape account management experience.

  • Strong enhancements experience is required.

  • Experience managing multi-site or church properties preferred.

  • Proficiency with Aspire software strongly desired.

  • Excellent communication presentation and client management skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of horticulture irrigation systems and commercial landscape maintenance.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

  • Valid drivers license; clean driving record.
