Job Overview:

We are looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. You will help clients buy sell and lease properties while leveraging Hommatis premier marketing services to close deals and grow your business.

Responsibilities:

Work with clients to buy sell and rent residential properties
Present listings using Hommatis 3D drone and photography tools
Lead property tours open houses and listing presentations
Create strong listing descriptions and collaborate with our media team
Negotiate offers draft contracts and support clients through closing
Provide market insights and pricing recommendations
Build and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business
Ensure compliance with real estate licensing and local laws

Requirements:

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
Familiarity with MLS CRM software and online listing platforms
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of experience in real estate sales
Experience with real estate photography 3D tours or digital listing marketing
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with lead-generation systems
