Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled DAM Engineer with deep expertise in implementing and managing enterprise-grade Data Activity Monitoring solutions such as Imperva IBM Guardium or Data Security Fabric. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in securing structured data across on-prem and cloud environments driving policy configuration performance optimization and operational excellence.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Information Security or related field (B.E./ - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with DAM solutions (Imperva IBM Guardium Data Security Fabric). - Strong understanding of database architectures and integration protocols across on-prem and AWS cloud platforms. - Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and scripting for automation and troubleshooting. - Experience with Terraform and IaC for cloud provisioning. - Proven ability to manage DAM operations including alerting reporting and log management. - Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic cross-functional teams.
