Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Workday Consultant with expertise in Recruitment (Workday Recruiting) and HCM modules. The successful candidate will have played a key role in at least one end-to-end implementation or provided Level 3 AMS support for these modules. This position requires strong functional knowledge the ability to engage with stakeholders and the capability to deliver high-quality Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure support and enhance Workday Recruiting and HCM modules based on business requirements.
Provide expert-level Level 3 AMS support diagnosing complex issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Lead requirement workshops analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements.
Execute configuration changes functional testing and support UAT cycles.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Workday modules.
Stay updated with Workday releases and propose improvements aligned with new features.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation design specifications and training materials.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
47 years of Workday functional experience.
Strong hands-on skills in Workday Recruiting and HCM modules.
Must have completed at least one end-to-end Workday implementation or supported Level 3 AMS activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
Workday certification(s) in Recruiting/HCM is preferred.
