Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a part of our ground handling team you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting passengers with check-in baggage handling and boarding procedures
Providing excellent customer service to passengers and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
Coordinating with other airport departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations
Handling cargo and mail including loading and unloading from aircraft
Operating ground support equipment such as tugs baggage carts and other vehicles
Conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the aircraft and reporting any issues to the appropriate authorities
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and surrounding areas
Adhering to all safety and security protocols and regulations always Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in the aviation industry is an asset but not required Benefits:
