This is a remote position.
Are you a compassionate and highly skilled individual with a background in psychology or counseling We are seeking a dedicated Remote Patient Liaison to serve as the critical first point of contact for prospective patients. This unique role blends empathetic patient support with the ability to clearly communicate the value of our services requiring both clinical insight and a proven sales aptitude to facilitate patient enrollment.
Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with prospective patients through various channels (phone email chat) to understand their emotional informational and clinical needs. (25 calls per day)
Effectively communicate the benefits and differentiators of our services pricing structures and treatment options. A strong focus will be on guiding patients through the enrollment process and successfully converting inquiries into new patients.
Utilize your training to listen empathize and provide clear professional and accurate guidance to individuals considering our care.
Maintain meticulous detailed records of all patient interactions inquiries and follow-up activities using our CRM system. Ensure timely and professional follow-up to all potential patients.
Serve as the crucial link between prospective patients and our internal teams (Clinical Billing and Administrative) to ensure a seamless transition into care.
Requirements
A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Psychology Counseling Social Work or a closely related behavioral health field is strongly preferred.
5 years of experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs present solutions persuasively and achieve enrollment/sales targets. Experience in a consultative sales or enrollment role is a significant plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English) with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally while maintaining a tone of empathy and trust.
Proven experience in a high-volume client-facing or patient-facing role particularly within a remote environment.
Comfortable utilizing CRM software and standard remote work/communication tools.
Must be reliably available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
