Job Summary

Were seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in unit renovations and common area construction within occupied senior living facilities. This position will lead capital improvement initiatives and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure projects are completed safely efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in improving spaces that directly impact community living standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead construction activities for unit and facility renovations ensuring all projects are completed on time within scope and budget.
Coordinate with field supervisors and subcontractors to maintain effective communication and seamless project execution.
Develop and manage budgets schedules and resource allocation across multiple job sites.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress safety compliance and quality assurance.
Collaborate with leadership to identify risks implement corrective actions and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience with general contractors developers or in residential/commercial renovation projects.
Proficient in Procore or similar construction management software.
Strong understanding of capital expenditure projects scheduling and workforce management.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best construction practices.
Experience in occupied facility renovations senior living or multi-family preferred.
Valid state drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
