Advanced fiber-optic knowledge isnt required but very much preferred so if going the extra mile doesnt make you sweat lets talk business together.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Businesses dont rest and neither do our teams when the phones ring were answering.
  • As tier one technical support we are keen on investigating and troubleshooting service issues for our business customers so they can get back to business on our fiber network this is where being technical in nature will be key having a desire to learn daily and understanding the customer issues and help them to solve them will be key.
  • Our multi-tasking skills are a driving force in making that fiber magic happen as we maintain availability for our customers while working in the background to ensure service orders trouble tickets scheduling equipment and billing details are just right.
  • Flowing and translating between departments and teams keeps us all exceptional. We work closely with all our customer operations teams to give our customers the best possible experience so multi-tasking and your ability to effectively communicate will be key in this role.
  • You will handle incoming calls make outbound calls you will take emails send emails you will provision troubleshoot help with billing answer general questions and complex questions two days will be the same in this role if go-go-go is for you so is this role.
  • Check in with your team to be sure youre finishing the day with no customer issue left unfinished.

Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $17 to $21 per hour depending on experience.

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education post-secondary education preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 1 year of previous customer service emphasis on over the phone interactions.

  • We prefer someone with a history of working in telecommunications or a similar technical field.

  • History with technical troubleshooting is a preference along with any certifications being a plus.


SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Exceptional communication verbal and written and customer service skills.

  • Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job and work through problems in a logical manner.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

  • Ability to be self-directed and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • Being technical in nature is a must. Our products and services are always evolving and so are the processes and troubleshooting steps that come with them. A strong desire to learn and adapt daily will help you thrive in this role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remain stationary for extended periods.

  • Ability to communicate information.

  • Ability to operate a computer.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated skills in building trust and maintaining customer relationships.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Have a positive attitude be a professional exhibit a high level of integrity.

  • Possess a proficiency in typing be comfortable working emails and phone calls both.

  • Coordinate multiple projects & responsibilities at the same time.
