RESPONSIBILITIES:
Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $17 to $21 per hour depending on experience.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent education post-secondary education preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year of previous customer service emphasis on over the phone interactions.
We prefer someone with a history of working in telecommunications or a similar technical field.
History with technical troubleshooting is a preference along with any certifications being a plus.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Exceptional communication verbal and written and customer service skills.
Ability to learn and grasp new concepts on the job and work through problems in a logical manner.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to be self-directed and the ability to handle confidential information.
Being technical in nature is a must. Our products and services are always evolving and so are the processes and troubleshooting steps that come with them. A strong desire to learn and adapt daily will help you thrive in this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
