How youll make an impact

1. You will lead the assigned sales team to achieve the overall budgeted business targets.
2. You will lead the sales team to align the whole marketing & sales operation policy and procedure.
3. You will facilitate and manage the collaboration between various stakeholders e.g. sales team & LBU/JV factories etc.
4. You will support in team management and people development.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelors / masters degree in engineering related major especially in power automation or electric MBA related as plus.
2. Required with 8 years sales and 3 years sales team management experience.
3. Strong leadership frustration threshold & business results driven.
4. Team management and people development experience.
5. Good English & MS Office skills.
6. Adapt to frequent travel.
