- Plan Organize lead and control of inventory activities. Recommend & lead process improvement. Eg. Update process flow in Agile.
- Regularly review inventory accuracy and establish traceability in movement via shop floor system and material transaction.
- Supervise and analyze inventory balance transaction and inventory reconciliation for weekly monthly & quarterly.
- Review manpower and operation needs from time to time. Control consumable expenses and identify alternative cost-efficient operation expenditure.
- To analyze and summarize inventory transaction and ageing for manager review and decision making. Eg. Shift Performance Report
- Supervise daily Main Store operation activities and report to Manager progress or issue arises.
- To complete daily material receiving storage picking and kitting to support production. Highlight any inventory discrepancies to executive.
- Ensure compliance to Safety & Environment ESD Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
Job Description:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management and related disciplines.
- Good in English Communication and interpersonal skills. Those with Mandarin speaker will be value asses to the team.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a high-volume high mix warehouse environment managing materials with at least 3 years in supervisory position.
- Experience working with Oracle/WMS/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools.
- Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects.
