We are seeking a Senior Simulation Consultant to deliver high-quality consulting training and onboarding services to Minitab this customer-facing role youll combine your technical expertise in process improvement and business modelling with your ability to teach guide and inspire clients. You will play a pivotal role in helping organisations unlock the full potential of Minitabs solutions while contributing to the continued growth and excellence of our global consulting practice.
What Youll Do
Deliver consulting coaching and training that help clients solve real-world business challenges using Minitab solutions.
Partner with customers to identify opportunities model processes and deliver impactful simulations.
Present Minitabs core and advanced training courses at customer sites and virtual sessions worldwide.
Collaborate across teams Sales Support Product and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Refine training content and drive continuous improvement in our service delivery.
Represent Minitab at industry conferences and client events.
What you Bring
Degree in Engineering Data Analytics Operations Research or related field.
25 years experience in business modelling simulation or process improvement.
Strong communication and presentation skills comfortable leading workshops and customer sessions.
Skilled in problem-solving project management and delivering measurable outcomes.
Collaborative mindset and curiosity to keep learning.
Willing to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.
