Job Summary

At WiiGroup we blend advanced planning systems with field-level execution to deliver world-class projects. Were hiring an Engineering Consultant: Planningto support schedule development monitoring and coordination on Data Centerprojects for top-tier global contractors. This role focuses on sub-project delivery schedule integration and progress reporting across MEP construction scopes.

Our Ideal Candidate

Youre an analytical planner who enjoys turning construction complexity into structured timelines and measurable milestones. You work well under pressure support senior planners in managing interfaces and thrive in environments that value precision and transparency. Youre curious proactive and eager to learn advanced planning and reporting techniques within digital delivery frameworks.

Applicants must have EU citizenship or a valid permit to work in this country.

Experience Required

35 years of experience in construction or engineering planning ideally within MEP or data centre projects.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (or similar tools) with the ability to develop update and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with construction sequences.
Solid understanding of construction processes and methods you can interpret drawings understand build logic and translate field activities into schedule reality.
Practical exposure to live construction environments including engagement with site teams to validate progress identify risks and ensure programme accuracy.
Familiarity with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and schedule development frameworks to ensure structured transparent planning.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate progress data forecast delays and support decision-making through clear reporting. Experience with Communicating Power BI Insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills able to work effectively with engineers supervisors and management to align planning with project goals.
Proactive attitude toward continuous learning developing both technical and practical knowledge of planning best practices construction techniques and project controls. Digital Mindset would be advantageous.
