About the role
We are seeking a compassionate reliable and client-focused Female Community Support Worker to join our this role you will support individuals experiencing psychosocial disabilities or mental health challenges to build independence improve daily living skills and enhance their overall wellbeing across South Metro and Mandurah.
You will be supporting our clients on a varied roster. Availability across Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm.
At Life Without Barriers we consider gender a genuine occupational qualification for this position under Section 27 (2) (c) (e) and (g) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 and so female applicants will be preferred although male applicants can also be considered.
