Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients ensuring their landscape maintenance needs are met with a high level of service.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring ongoing communication addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
- Service Oversight: Coordinate and oversee landscape maintenance services ensuring crews adhere to job specifications safety standards and quality control measures.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage account profitability by controlling budgets labor costs materials and subcontractor expenses.
- Team Leadership: Provide direction to landscape crews and support staff ensuring efficient operations and project execution.
- Sales and Growth: Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to acquire new clients.
- Problem Solving: Resolve client concerns and issues promptly ensuring satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and profitability of the account.
- Reporting: Prepare and present account reports including service quality budget tracking and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial landscape management or a similar field.
- Strong communication and client relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices plants and irrigation systems.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead staff effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Bachelors degree in Horticulture Landscape Management or related field preferred but not required.
