We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the production industry. As a crucial part of the production team you will assist in the day-to-day operations and support various departments in their tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets.
- Support the production team during shoots by facilitating communication and coordination.
- Manage inventory of production supplies and ensure they are properly stocked and organized.
- Perform clerical duties including filing data entry and maintaining production logs.
- Run errands as needed to secure supplies or deliver important items to team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong interest in film television or multimedia production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is preferred but not required.
