Executive Fleet Quality Control Inspector

This position will support Quality inspection processes with successful candidates having current or previous A&P license experience working in electrical avionics and/or performing interior work on VIP aircraft. This position supports production of multiple shifts therefore employees must be willing to work any shift assigned based on business conditions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.

• Provides objective evidence of results.

• Performs auditing surveillance and monitoring.

• Identifies and documents discrepancies.

• Segregates and controls non-conforming items.

• Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.

• Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.

• Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

• Implements quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of Quality Inspection and/or auditing experience

• 3 years of experience performing product or process inspections

• 3 years of experience reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints

• Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word

• Analytical and problem-solving experience to identify critical activities and tasks within work groups

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience working with large aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) inspections

• Experience installing aircraft modifications to include fabricating and installing aircraft electrical system wiring connectors electrical components or avionics boxes

• FAA- Airframe and Powerplant License or experience to obtain Repairmans Certificate

• Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Quality or experience in a regulated industry

• Experience with Boeing 7XX airplane and/or Military aircraft

• Experience with Executive Fleet aircraft
