Your Role and Impact:
The CAC plays a vital role in providing independent non-partisan advice to the HCRAs Board of Directors on issues that matter to new home buyers. As a member youll help shape consumer-focused approaches to awareness engagement and service delivery contributing to a more informed and confident marketplace where buyers are protected and empowered.

The personal information you provide is being collected as authorised by the terms of the New Home Construction Licensing Act 2017 (NHCLA) and the Administrative Agreement between the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) the Minister of Government and Consumer Services (now Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement). The Access and Privacy Code under this Agreement governs the collection use disclosure and retention of this information by the HCRA.
The information will be used to determine your qualifications for employment with the HCRA and is necessary to the HCRAs administration of the NHCLA.
