Job Summary
As an AI Product Manager youll be at the forefront of shaping Wixs self-service experience. Youll lead the evolution of our Help Center Help Widget and AI Chatbot to create a seamless and consistent journey for users seeking help. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of AI user experience and customer success.
In your day-to-day you will:
- Lead the roadmap and strategy ensuring it aligns with the broader self-service vision
- Partner closely with engineering data science design and support operations to define and deliver impactful features
- Understand the underlying AI and technical architecture making smart trade-offs and challenging technical decisions when needed
- Translate complex AI capabilities including generative AI into clear user value and measurable business outcomes
Qualifications :
- 5 years of proven experience in product management with a strong focus on generative AI and its applications
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating generative AI technologies into user-centric products
- Strong product sense connecting user needs business goals and technical realities into a clear strategy
- Written and spoken Hebrew and English at a professional level
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Flexible mindset and adaptability to navigate complex challenges
- Passionate about creating innovative solutions and delivering impactful results
