Job Summary

Role Purpose

The Regulation Manager is responsible for managing monitoring and implementing applicable regulations and standards within the relevant industry. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance related to security aviation and ports and borders across processes products and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor national and international regulatory updates und understand differences. (ECAC ENAC STAC ASN TSA etc)
  • Process owner of certification for all products for the Southern Europe & Africa market 
  • Coordinate the implementation of new regulations within company processes.
  • Collaborate with Legal Quality Production and R&D departments to ensure compliance.
  • Draft and update regulatory documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits inspections and regulatory reviews.
  • Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
  • Provide internal reporting on regulatory and compliance topics for the Southern Europe & Africa market

Qualifications :

Professional Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations (e.g. ISO FDA EMA REACH etc.).
  • Experience in managing regulatory documentation.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret legal and regulatory texts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory management software.
  • Fluent in English French Italian (written and spoken).
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • About 5 years experiences industrial sector in international context
  • Technical skills to understand IT SW and difference between technical solutions based on our portfolio.
  • Able to understand customers requirements on regulation and propose the most appropriate solution

  • Effective communication: to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset: to proactively address regulatory challenges.

 Education

  • Degree in Law Political Science Chemistry Biology Engineering or related fields.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in regulatory affairs or compliance.
  • Experience in international or multinational environments.
