Job Summary
- Customer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)
- Analysis of the customer situation creation of process documents conceptions and blueprints.
- System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing schemas and cycles in payroll accounting)
- Support in all project phasesconception design customizing prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM
- As a senior consultant you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.
Qualifications :
- Must have Skills : German (fluent) SAP PY (Payroll) SAP HCM SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY)
- Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration know-how in tax and social security law
- Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas cycles and characteristics
- Experience with project management and consulting methods
- Self-motivation persuasiveness as well as assertiveness
- Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
- Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
