Manage and support live-in clients and support the Head of Live in People Experience
Complete consultations assessments care plans & risk assessments
Maintain accurate digital records
Carry out client reviews and follow-up actions
Build relationships with clients families & professionals
Coordinate live-in introductions and handovers
Promote services locally & online to grow client base
Support recruitment and participate in on-call rota
Participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications :
About You
Experience in live-in care or similar role (preferred)
Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent would be beneficial to the role
Strong communication & organisational skills
Passionate about person-centred care
Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role
UK driving licence preferred and means of transport if required to visit clients within the territory
