Lead Live-In recruitment and onboarding
Deliver and oversee training from induction onwards
Support and mentor new starters through their first 12 weeks
Maintain compliant staff files and uphold regulatory standards
Monitor wellbeing and conduct regular check-ins
Support field visits supervisions appraisals and changeovers
Review exit feedback to improve retention
Work with HR on employee relations when required
Participate in on-call duties as required.
Qualifications :
Recruitment and/or care sector experience
Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent would be beneficial to the role
Strong communication & organisation skills
Coaching/training experience
Passion for people development & high-quality care
Knowledge of CQC standards (desirable)
