Job Summary

The Human Resources Director - EURA leads the HR function to ensure the human capital agenda supports Egis business objectives. This entrepreneurial self-starter will oversee :

  • Talent acquisition and retention strategies (including employment brand)
  • Culture workforce planning and learning & development
  • Performance management leadership development and succession planning
  • Total rewards change management and organisational effectiveness
  • Employee relations policies and compliance
  • Deployment of global HR systems and people analytics
  • Fostering an employer of choice environment

 

More specifically you will be responsible for :

  • Transforming HR from a transactional function into a proactive business-focused

  • Owning total rewards initiatives (compensation benefits compliance)

  • Building end-to-end talent capabilities to support business growth

  • Assessing and anticipating talent needs; implementing leadership development programmes

  • Driving fast effective high-quality recruiting (including technology talent)

  • Increasing visibility of high-potential talent and launching career development initiatives

  • Optimising the employment brand to strengthen market impact and growth

  • Ensuring seamless M&A integration and retaining top talent

  • Leveraging data-driven decision-making in employee relations and performance

  • Building authentic cooperative partnerships across the company

  • Serving as a commercial financially astute HR thought partner

  • Demonstrating strong commitment to diversity and inclusion

This position is open in the United Kingdom (London) Poland (Warszawa) and Romania (București).

 


Qualifications :

We are looking for a HR leader with a strong international experience proven leadership and the ability to drive transformation support business growth and operate effectively in a complex multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 15 years of HR leadership including UK and Eastern Europe
  • Experience in engineering or professional services for a global organisation
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing HR teams
  • Commercial and financial acumen in people solutions
  • Experience with distributed multi-country workforces and shared services
  • Deep M&A fast-growth and transformation experience
  • Bachelors degree in HR or relevant field (MBA/advanced degree preferred)
  • Professional accreditation (e.g. SHRM-SCP) is an asset
