The Human Resources Director - EURA leads the HR function to ensure the human capital agenda supports Egis business objectives. This entrepreneurial self-starter will oversee :
- Talent acquisition and retention strategies (including employment brand)
- Culture workforce planning and learning & development
- Performance management leadership development and succession planning
- Total rewards change management and organisational effectiveness
- Employee relations policies and compliance
- Deployment of global HR systems and people analytics
- Fostering an employer of choice environment
More specifically you will be responsible for :
Transforming HR from a transactional function into a proactive business-focused
Owning total rewards initiatives (compensation benefits compliance)
Building end-to-end talent capabilities to support business growth
Assessing and anticipating talent needs; implementing leadership development programmes
Driving fast effective high-quality recruiting (including technology talent)
Increasing visibility of high-potential talent and launching career development initiatives
Optimising the employment brand to strengthen market impact and growth
Ensuring seamless M&A integration and retaining top talent
Leveraging data-driven decision-making in employee relations and performance
Building authentic cooperative partnerships across the company
Serving as a commercial financially astute HR thought partner
Demonstrating strong commitment to diversity and inclusion

Qualifications :
We are looking for a HR leader with a strong international experience proven leadership and the ability to drive transformation support business growth and operate effectively in a complex multicultural environment.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 15 years of HR leadership including UK and Eastern Europe
- Experience in engineering or professional services for a global organisation
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing HR teams
- Commercial and financial acumen in people solutions
- Experience with distributed multi-country workforces and shared services
- Deep M&A fast-growth and transformation experience
- Bachelors degree in HR or relevant field (MBA/advanced degree preferred)
- Professional accreditation (e.g. SHRM-SCP) is an asset
