Job Summary
Are you passionate about fashion and love helping others look their best Were seeking a part-time Fashion Associate to join our team in Airdrie Canada! In this role youll have the opportunity to share your fashion expertise while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations
- Assist customers in finding the perfect outfits that match their style and preferences
- Operate the cash register efficiently processing sales and returns accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor ensuring proper product presentation
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and new merchandise arrivals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create appealing product displays
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
Qualifications :
- Passion for fashion and ability to stay current on industry trends
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
