Job Summary

WiiGroup is redefining how projects are delivered through Digital Delivery and BIM innovation. Were looking for a Managing Engineering Consultant: BIM to lead BIM implementation and coordination across major Data Center projects. This position will drive model integration digital twin delivery and data consistency from design through construction for top-tier global contractors.

Our Ideal Candidate

Youre an innovative BIM professional who understands how digital processes transform MEP project delivery. You lead teams in setting up model governance ensuring interoperability and driving collaboration across disciplines. You thrive on improving coordination workflows enforcing standards and supporting data exchange between planning design and construction teams.

Experience Required

• 812 years of experience in BIM coordination management or digital delivery ideally on MEP or data center projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit Navisworks and BIM 360 / ACC with the ability to guide teams troubleshoot model issues and manage data integrity.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems construction sequencing and coordination workflows between design and site delivery.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing BIM teams establishing model governance and delivering federated models for multidisciplinary projects.

• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and practical experience in implementing structured information management processes.

• Proven ability to analyse BIM data to support project decisions reporting and digital performance insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and aligning BIM outputs with project goals.

• Forward-thinking mindset with a commitment to continuous learning digital innovation and emerging technologies such as digital twins and data analytics.
