Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service for Smart Lighting Devices answering inquiries and offering troubleshooting assistance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate friendly and professional responses.
- Assist in resolving product-related issues ensuring customers have the best experience.
- Work as part of a dynamic team to meet and exceed service goals and expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and service quality.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Romanian (C1/C2)
- Experience in customer service or related fields (preferably in a tech or product environment)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping others.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- A positive proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn
