What Youll Be Doing

Manage the O2C process: invoicing cash application collections and dispute resolution
Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments
Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or overdue accounts
Support monthly and quarterly closing activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting Finance Customer Support)
