- Handle calls chats and emails from travelers and accommodation partners
- Provide clear accurate and friendly assistance for booking and stay inquiries
- Resolve issues efficiently using internal tools and procedures
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
What You Bring
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and reliable internet connection
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality or retail is an advantage
- Currently based in Greece or ready to relocate with support
