Location: Fully Remote (Work from home) Based in North Macedonia

What Youll Do:

Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts
Process and enter invoice details in ERP systems
Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to manage invoice queries

What Were Looking For:

Native/fluent in German (verbal and written)
Based in North Macedonia (eligible to work legally without sponsorship)
Prior experience in invoicing accounting or bookkeeping
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles

Work schedule: Shift rotation (Monday to Sunday)
