Languages: Czech or Croatian (C1) English (B2)
Contract type: Full-time

Training: Paid onboarding and full product training provided
Your Role
- Support travelers and hosts via chat email or phone
- Assist users with bookings payments and account questions
- Provide friendly accurate and timely solutions
- Share feedback to improve user experience and platform performance
- Help make travel easier safer and more inspiring for everyone
