Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical customer support across voice chat and email channels
- Provide outstanding customer experiences every time
- Document all interactions in a CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams contribute to department initiatives and support your colleagues
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
- Residing in Croatia with legal right to work
- Experience in customer support and technical support (IT or help desk preferred)
- Strong independent work skills and ability to thrive in a remote team
- Excellent problem-solving critical thinking and adaptability
- Competence in using external systems Microsoft Office and PC-based software
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 05:00 PM
