Key Responsibilities:

Deliver technical customer support across voice chat and email channels
Provide outstanding customer experiences every time
Document all interactions in a CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams contribute to department initiatives and support your colleagues

What Were Looking For:

Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
Residing in Croatia with legal right to work
Experience in customer support and technical support (IT or help desk preferred)
Strong independent work skills and ability to thrive in a remote team
Excellent problem-solving critical thinking and adaptability
Competence in using external systems Microsoft Office and PC-based software

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 05:00 PM
