Your Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader you will play a vital role in our content moderation operations responsible for:

Content Oversight: Review and analyze user-generated content to swiftly detect and address any violations of community standards terms of service and legal requirements.
Guidance and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to content moderators enhancing their performance and ensuring consistency in moderation decisions.
Quality Assurance: Develop and refine quality assurance processes and documentation to monitor and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Operations Training and Product Development teams to streamline processes and optimize tools for better effectiveness.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends best practices and regulatory changes in content moderation proactively recommending necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.


Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (C1) with excellent grammatical skills.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team leadership preferably within a BPO or tech company environment.
Understanding of Standards: Strong knowledge of online community standards legal requirements and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail maintaining accuracy while managing large volumes of content.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of providing clear feedback and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using moderation tools and platforms along with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based moderation tools is advantageous.
