Your Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and consistency of our content moderation efforts:

Content Oversight: Review and assess user-generated content to identify any breaches of community standards terms of service and legal requirements.
Guidance and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to content moderators empowering them to improve performance and maintain consistency in their moderation decisions.
Quality Assurance: Develop and refine quality assurance frameworks and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Operations Training and Product Development teams to enhance moderation processes and optimize tools.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends and regulatory changes in content moderation proactively recommending adjustments to policies and procedures.



Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Norwegian (C1) and English (C1) with excellent grammatical skills.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team leadership preferably in a BPO or tech company environment.
Understanding of Standards: Strong understanding of online community standards and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail maintaining accuracy while working with large volumes of content.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of providing clear feedback and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using moderation tools and platforms along with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based moderation tools is a plus.
