About the Role
Are you fluent in German and English with a passion for social media We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this role you will help maintain a positive and safe online space by moderating user-generated content in a 24/7 project environment. You will work in shifts ensuring that platform guidelines are upheld around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor review and moderate social media content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines.
Identify and escalate inappropriate sensitive or harmful content.
Address reported content issues efficiently ensuring a safe online community.
Follow established content moderation processes with high accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation policies and offer feedback on platform guidelines.

What Were Looking For:

Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece.
A strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive or graphic content with professionalism and discretion.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to addressing issues.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in social media content moderation or a similar role is a plus but not required.
