We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Lisbon. You will provide high-quality support to customers via phone email or chat ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries in French (and occasionally in English)
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain a friendly empathetic and professional attitude
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Native or fluent in French
Good level of English (B1 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus
EU passport or eligibility to work in Portugal
