Your Role
As the Sales Development Representative for the Danish market you will:
- Initiate outbound contact with Danish-speaking prospects and deliver impactful first impressions.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of potential clients acting as their trusted advisor for cloudsolutions.
- Uncover business needs and map them to the companys cloud offerings working handinhand with Solution Specialists and Partner Managers.
- Identify and pursue upselling/crossselling opportunities to fuel revenue growth.
- Capture and share voice-of-customer feedback to drive product & service improvement.
What You Bring

Fluency in Danish (C1) and English (B2 or better).
- 1-2 years in IT sales account management or customer-success environment.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Dynamics 365 Salesforce or similar) and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A real passion for technology and digital transformation paired with a strong customer-first mindset
- Would be a plus:

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Office 365 or Dynamics 365.

Microsoft Fundamentals certification (Azure Modern Workplace BizApps).
