What Youll Do:

Consult & Collaborate: Act as a trusted advisor helping partners develop successful Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
Understand & Achieve: Accurately assess partner needs and goals creating opportunities to maximize spend upsell and ensure long-term sustainability.
Engage & Execute: Manage a high volume of potential clients daily engaging proactively by phone to drive success for a large portfolio of prospective partners.

What Were Looking For:

Languages: C2 in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (B2 level).
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent; a Masters in Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications is a strong plus.
Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising.
Skills:
- Excellent communication presentation and persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and time management skills.
- A client-focused mindset with a genuine interest in customer interaction.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
