Position Details
- Role: Content Moderator
- Location: Porto Portugal (On-site)
- Start Date: December 4th (training included)
- Schedule: 40 hours per week rotating shifts (24/7)
- Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess user-generated content based on internal policies and community guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with platform standards and report any content that violates policies.
- Maintain accuracy consistency and professionalism in moderation decisions.
- Work effectively in rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong judgment skills.
- Good stress management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- No previous experience required full training provided!
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1000euro x 14 months
- Performance Bonus: 100euro x 11 months
- Shift Bonuses: Extra pay for night and weekend shifts
- Meal Voucher: Included 8euro per day
- Fully furnished room with utilities and cleaning services
