Are you passionate about ensuring online content meets high standards of safety and quality Were looking for a Content Moderator fluent in Czech and English to join our vibrant team in Thessaloniki!

What Youll Do:

Content Review: Evaluate various types of digital content including videos news stories and social media profiles for adherence to policies.
Consistency & Accuracy: Score content on age-appropriateness violence and other criteria and apply handling procedures consistently.
Policy Enforcement: Enforce content policies and maintain client terms of use with a keen eye for detail.
Participate & Report: Engage in assistance programs training and reporting to support the teams well-being and performance.
Handle Sensitive Content: Manage potentially sensitive material with professionalism and empathy including extreme content such as hate speech or violence.

What Were Looking For:

Language Skills: Fluent in Czech (C1) and English (C1) with excellent grammar skills.
Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or BPO/contact centers preferred.
Resilience: Comfort with reviewing sensitive content maintaining high standards of empathy and communication.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of political and social contexts in Czech-speaking regions.
Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
